Been on my bucket list forever and this experience far exceeded my expectations! The pilot was so nice and very professional. Our ride was an hour long and it could not have been better. The mimosa at the end was the cherry on top. We were in the sky for sunrise, and it was perfect. During our flight we saw several other balloon companies setting up, but those companies missed the sunrise, and their flight was way shorter than ours. We had a wonderful and amazing time on our first hot air balloon ride on Sunday September 21st to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The whole experience was very organized and Our pilot Josh and the crew were great. There was such a calmness when the balloon started to go higher. You could barely feel it moving. The sunrise was so beautiful and colorful. It was so clear and we could see the beautiful wineries, lake, mountains and other balloons flying in the sky. There were 11 passengers plus the pilot and everyone we met was so nice. We felt very safe and can now check this off our bucket list. We can't wait until our granddaughter is old enough to experience this with us. My only suggestion is if you are celebrating something and want to have the banner added to the basket for pictures you will need to make sure to ask them. I had requested it when I made the reservation but forgot to ask about it until we were already in the sky. It didn't affect our experience at all. After the flight you get mimosas or orange juice and little bundt cakes which were nice treat. We would definitely recommend Cielo balloons to other people.

And I will!!! 3 guys in total run the show, and I was so impressed on their kind and friendly personalities, considering we had to meet at 5am. One is the pilot, two follow our balloon, for safety I imagine. The whole time they communicate on the wind, the landing and etc… Just these 3 guys set up the balloon and undo the balloon! Had a really fun sunrise balloon ride with them. We arrived bright and early to the parking lot, while it was still dark. The pilot and his team were already there along with a van and the equipment for the ride. All the riders were transported to the open space where the balloon ride took off from. The setup took afew minutes and then all of us climbed into the basket for take off. After a few minutes of explaining the take of and landing instructions, the balloon took off the ground smoothly. The entire ride was smooth and gave us a glimpse of all the wineries and orchards in Temecula. We landed in a different spot, closer to the parking lot where we had initially assembled, and were transported back in the same van to the lot.Our pilot was skilled and friendly, and served all of the riders Orange mimosas and delicious cupcakes from " Everything bundt cakes"at the end! Would love to do this ride again sometime.

They did a great job of accommodating this and provided us a full refund. We rescheduled for mid-March and once again, the weather was not in our favor! They provide an awesome service and experience to their customers. Not to mention the Bundt cake and mimosas at the end! Thanks for making my BD special.

We had an amazing experience that we would want to do over and over again! It's an early morning at 5:45 a.m., and when we arrived we're greeted and shown where the restrooms were right away. We waited in a van while others arrived and took off shortly after the departure time. When we got there, we had such an amazing time just watching the whole process of blowing up the balloons and getting them ready. There were several getting ready to go up so the sunrise on the field showed multiple patterns and colors of hot air balloons. The takeoff was smooth, and we were in the air for at least an hour and 10 minutes overlooking Temecula, it's vineyards, and some bodies of water. We saw birds fly by under us which was also spectacular. I would definitely recommend this service and the owner, Joe, was outstanding! Actually, his entire team was outstanding and we had such a blast!

This ride was a bucket list experience for my granddaughter and sister-in-law. The day was great. The whole experience was simple and easy. Booking was easy, talked with Joe and he made our accommodations. We later asked to make changes and Joe made things happen. The ride was smooth and awesome. Awesome views. Everyone had a great time. The small gondola was perfect for the 8 total for our ride.

Enjoyed bird’s eye views over the beautiful Temecula vineyards and citrus groves. Though we missed the sunrise because of the weather, it was a great experience from the start to finish. We watched the crew drive around to study the wind to find the perfect place to start the ride, set the balloon and put it away while we enjoyed mimosas and muffins. The pilot gave us great tour of the landscape and history and recommendations of places to visits as we magically float up and down in the sky. Also to gave us options of cancelling or rescheduling, they professionally contacted us the day before our reservation day as it was going to rain.
